Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company Launches New Website

His Highness Sheikh Sultan, said: “ADNEC seeks to be informative and transparent through the use of the latest technology, in line with the efforts made by the Abu Dhabi Government.

“The new website is the outcome of a strategic plan adopted by ADNEC to enhance its communications with other related organisations. It aims to make information more accessible between government entities, for the community, and for those working in the exhibitions or events industry.”

The new website meets the requirements laid out in ADNEC’s five year strategic plan, which also highlights the need for continuous development in every aspect of the organisation.

H.E. Ali Saeed Bin Harmel, Managing Director of ADNEC, said: “The new website is a turning point and brings our website up to date with the latest technology. It provides an easy to navigate introduction to ADNEC, its services and its goals. The detailed website will hold all the information anybody could ask for, whether you are an exhibitor, an organiser, or a member of the public.”

The website is developed in two languages and features ADNEC’s three venues, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, ExCeL London, and Al Ain Convention Centre. International visitors will benefit from destination information and services, including hotel booking, restaurants, taxi and aviation services.

Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, presented the website and highlighted some key features: “Our website will offer information to those who seek to learn more about ADNEC’s role in supporting and developing the exhibition, conference and events industry.

“New features include social networking direct from the ADNEC site. Upgraded technology also means quick and easy browsing. We also offer detailed information about the halls, conference rooms, and the booking process, making the website both practical and informative. With contact numbers and full details of how to get in touch, ADNEC has never been more accessible.”
